What’s included in our packing service?
If you’ve requested our premium packing service, we’ll typically come over a few days early to start packing items which you use less often and store them away first before returning for the rest.
We use high quality packing materials, including cushioning and wrapping if needed, to ensure that your items are protected and fit snugly inside our boxes.
Step 3: Access & Retrieve
You have access to your storage unit between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday.
Just come on site and present to the front desk, and we’ll be able to assist you.
If you are ready to move your belongings to their new location, just request a delivery and we’ll arrange a suitable time. It’s really that simple.

Founded over 15 years ago by Jake and Brian, who work in the logistics industry and wanted to focus on delivering excellent customer service. They started WM Removals after purchasing a single [B24] truck to provide premium removalist services, and their fleet has now grown.
A few years into business, after working with many clients who needed temporary storage, Jake and Brian decided to commit to serving the community further by filling that gap in the storage facility market.
This led to the launch of their Salisbury storage facility, while bringing on new team members over time. Today, WM Removals & Storage has become a trusted removalist provider helping to ease the stress of relocations and transitions with their reliable all-in-one service.
